To find a distributor for our adhesives, contact our Customer Service at 1-800-503-6991. Our business hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. In addition, you will receive a prompt response from any questions that are e-mailed through our Customer Contact form. You can fill out this form by choosing the Contact Us link on the Home Page.

The Lot Numbers for our adhesives are found on a sticker on the pail, drum, tote, or cases of tubes of our products. There are a total of eight digits reflecting the manufacture date: the first two digits are the month, the next two digits are the day, the next two digits are the year and the last two digits are an internal batch number.

 

For example, products made on January 3, 2010 would be numbered: 01031001, 01031002, 01031003, etc.

 

The shelf life is listed on the Product Data Sheet for each adhesive. You can find the Product Data Sheet by choosing the Brand of the product from the list on the Home Page, then choose the individual product, then choose the link to the Product Data Sheet.

 

You can find the MSDS for each product by choosing the brand of the product from the list on the Home Page, then choose the individual product, then choose the link to the MSDS . You can also find the MSDS by choosing the Regulatory Information link on the Homepage, then choosing the Link for "Download MSDS". You will find each product listed by brand and linked to the MSDS. Also, there is a link on the Home Page toolbar that says "MSDS". You can simply click on the link and you will be directed to a complete listing of our products, linked to each MSDS.
