What do I do if I am having a problem with an adhesive?
Keep in mind that temperature, humidity, and substrate conditions can all affect the performance of our adhesives. For further assistance, contact our Customer Service at 1-800-503-6991. What do I do with the empty canisters that I have in my facility?
Return empty canisters to your distributor. ITW TACC has a recycling program set up with distributors whereby the canisters are returned to a reclamation facility to be cleaned/recycled or are scrapped in a responsible manner.
I am a Foamseal Customer. What do I do with the empty totes that are in my facility?

I have an idea for a new adhesive. Who can I contact about this?

How can I find out if the adhesive I am using meets the LEED standard for my project?
From the Home Page, choose the link to Sustainability. The chart on that page lists ITW TACC’s Green Adhesives and Sealants for LEED Projects. You can also read about Sustainability on each individual product by choosing the Brand of the product from the list on the Home Page, then choose the individual product, then choose the link to the Sustainability tab.
