SP2
STA'-PUT SP2 is a solvent-based, pressure sensitive adhesive canister specifically formulated for bonding expanded polystyrene foam to itself and many other materials, including bead board, particleboard, plywood, paper products, exhibit displays, and fabrics. SP2 will not pit or damage foam, and exhibits superior bond strength and exceptional tack. SP2 also offers water resistance, fast drying, and a long open time. This product is also available in an aerosol can.

2. How do I find and interpret a Lot Number for my adhesive?
The Lot Numbers for our adhesives are found on a sticker on the pail, drum, tote, or case of our products. There will be a total of eight digits which reflect the date that the product was manufactured at our plant: the first two digits are the month, the next two digits are the day, the next two digits are the year and the last two digits are an internal batch number. For example, products made on January 3, 2010 would be numbered: 01031001, 01031002, 01031003, etc.
3. How do I find the shelf life of a product?
The shelf life is listed on the Product Data Sheet for each adhesive. You can find the Product Data Sheet by choosing the link on the right hand side of this page.
