TACC T1080

TACC T1080 is a solvent-based, low VOC, non chlorinated contact adhesive specifically formulated for bonding high pressure laminate to particleboard and many other porus & non porus surfaces. T1080 provides high solids, and a water resistant bond, and also exhibits high strength, aggressive grab, and quick tack. T1080 is also available in an aerosol can for Laminate Repair and Edgebanding. This product is also available in a canister system that provides a smooth spray pattern and reduces telegraphing on thin laminates.

2. How do I find and interpret a Lot Number for my adhesive?

The Lot Numbers for our adhesives are found on a sticker on the pail, drum, tote, or case of our products. There will be a total of eight digits which reflect the date that the product was manufactured at our plant: the first two digits are the month, the next two digits are the day, the next two digits are the year and the last two digits are an internal batch number. For example, products made on January 3, 2010 would be numbered: 01031001, 01031002, 01031003, etc.


3. How do I find the shelf life of a product?

The shelf life is listed on the Product Data Sheet for each adhesive. You can find the Product Data Sheet by choosing the link on the right hand side of this page.
